The Path of Bhakti

Bhakti Yoga is the path of devotion; the remembrance that our practice is an offering. Through sound, breath & awareness we enter into relationship with the sacred. The divine is honored through many forms; each representing qualities & energies that already

live within us.

In this immersive 50-hour teacher training, asana, mantra, pranayama, meditation, kriya, mudra, philosophy & intentional namaskar sequencing come together to transform Vinyasa into a living expression of reverence.

Through the study & embodiment of different forms of the divine,  including Ganesha, Shakti, Shiva, Hanuman, Radha & Krishna, Sita & Ram you will learn how each sequence becomes a vehicle for meaning, allowing philosophy & archetype to be

felt directly in the body.

Rooted in lineage, honoring our teachers & those who've walked the path before us with integrity & supported by daily sadhana, this training deepens your personal practice and gives you the tools to guide devotional, intentional Bhakti Vinyasa classes.

त्वमेव माता च पिता त्वमेव
त्वमेव बन्धुश्च सखा त्वमेव ।
त्वमेव विद्या द्रविणं त्वमेव
त्वमेव सर्वं मम देव देव ॥

tvam eva mātā ca pitā tvam eva
tvam eva bandhuś ca sakhā tvam eva
tvam eva vidyā draviṇaṁ tvam eva
tvam eva sarvaṁ mama deva deva

You alone are my mother and my father.
You alone are my friend and companion.
You alone are my knowledge and my strength.
You are my everything, O divine source.

By immersing yourself in these practices & committing to sadhana, you begin to teach from what is lived and embodied, from your own relationship with the divine. The Namaskars become a blueprint, a sacred structure through which breath, mantra & the depth of the yogic teachings take form in movement.

From this foundation, teaching arises naturally, guided by presence & understanding, moving beyond memorization into something authentic, intuitive & offered in devotion.
