FREEZES/ HOLDS: Maximum 3 holds per year. All requests for holds must be emailed to hola@casacopalyoga.com at least 2 weeks prior to the next monthly auto-pay. 
 

MEMBERSHIP EXPIRATION: This membership requires a 3 month commitment. After 3 months, the auto-payments will continue to withdraw funds from your account and your monthly unlimited membership will remain active. If you wish to cancel your membership after the 3 months, please email hola@casacopalyoga.com at least 2 weeks before your next billing cycle.

Purchase this Ashtanga pass & enjoy unlimited access to Mysore & Led classes with Tiaga Prem

 

Usages
This membership gives you access to the full Ashtanga Program with Tiaga Prem + 2 Casa Copal classes per month 

 

Mysore - Monday to Thursday 6am - 8:30am

Led Full Primary - Friday 6am - 8am

Led Half Primary - Saturday 8am - 9:30am

Two drop-ins a month for any other Casa Copal classes

 

Expiration Date

Membership will auto renew every 3 months after the first visit

For all memberships 

 

Recurring auto dues are charged on the same day every month reflecting the purchase date. For example, if you purchase your membership on the 5th of the month, your billing date will always be the 5th of the month. Payments are taken on an automatic basis. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure a valid credit card is associated with their account to allow for recurring auto payment.

All funds are taken in Canadian. Valid Mastercard or Visa must be on file for all active accounts. Casa Copal Yoga & Wellness Inc. is not responsible for any bank overdraft fees that may occur from late fees.

PROMOTION: This membership agreement is exempt from any further online or social media promotion that Casa Copal Yoga & Wellness Inc. may offer.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION: To cancel auto renewal simply email us at hola@casacopalyoga.com at least 2 weeks before your next auto-pay. All cancellations must be emailed to hola@casacopalyoga.com (no phonecalls or in-person). If you cancel this membership type you are not eligible to re-purchase this membership at this rate.

*ALL MEMBERSHIPS & CLASS PASSES*

CLASS CANCELLATION: Class cancellations are accepted up to 2 hours prior to class start time.

Any cancellation within 2 hours of class start time may result in a late cancel fee of $15 + GST.
 

WAITLIST: It is your responsibility to check to see if you have been added to a class off of a waitlist. There are no exceptions for late cancel / no show refunds in this situation.
